The Programme
Demo: Sue will demonstrate the Pietre Dure technique.
If you want to try the technique after the demo you will need:
A small ceramic tile to work on
A sharp pointed craft knife
A pasta machine or roller and rolling strips about 2mm thick
Small piece of tracing paper for your design
Darning needle and wool needle
Clay in a variety of colours – very small quantities are used.

- If you have interesting magazines, books or articles that you would be happy to share for the day feel free to bring them with you.
- An item\items for “show and tell” table plus small name card.
- ‘Trash to treasures’ – Clay and craft related surplus or unwanted items for sale. Please bag them up if necessary and remember to add a note of the price you want.
- We would be grateful to receive any raffle prizes for the raffle - this helps us to save up funds to help pay expenses.
